1. General Provisions

2. Account Registration

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Providing the correct reference number when making a deposit is mandatory; delays may occur in recovering funds deposited with an incorrect reference.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing (see section 5 for details).
• Large withdrawals may be held if the account has not been verified.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

acf 365 regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, and it is essential to read those terms before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; before withdrawing this bonus, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be placed.

5.2 Other Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active on an account at the same time, unless a specific offer states otherwise.
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Misuse of bonuses — such as repeatedly depositing solely to claim bonuses — is a punishable offence and may result in account closure.
• acf 365 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• A bonus is never a substitute for cash — bonuses cannot be received as direct cash.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on acf 365 — slots, live casino, cricket betting, football betting, and others — are operated according to specific rules. It is each user's responsibility to understand the relevant rules before playing.

6.1 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and event will be displayed in the game interface. acf 365 reserves the right to change these limits under special circumstances.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to server disruption, network issues, or software errors, acf 365 will verify the relevant status of the bet and, where applicable, arrange a refund of the bet. However, acf 365 will not be responsible for a game interrupted due to the user's own device or internet issues.

6.3 Incorrect Odds

acf 365 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds. In such cases, the original bet amount will be returned to the account.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the acf 365 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of any accumulated balance:

• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Participating in or assisting with match fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Creating artificial betting patterns for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security through hacking, phishing, or any other method.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Collecting or using other users' account information.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

acf 365 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false information during the verification process.
• Suspicious betting activity or suspicion of fraud.
• Account closure at the user's own request.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

Where an account is closed without a breach of the rules, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw their balance. However, if a breach is established, the balance may be forfeited.

8.1 Account Closure at the User's Initiative

Any user may request account closure through the acf 365 support team. All active bonuses will be cancelled before closure, and any balance that meets the withdrawal conditions may be withdrawn.
